  • Base cost per visit $** (whether issue resolved or not) for the first 1 hour; $** per 1/2 hour afterwards.
  • Base cost for completing OS Reload start to finish (includes Back Up, Operating System Reload , and Restore) $** for the first 1 hour; $** per 1/2 hour afterwards.
  • Base cost Troubleshooting sync issues $** for the first 1 hour; $** per 1/2 hour afterwards.
  • Base cost for switching devices (includes Back Up and Restore, switching sim cards and registering new device on the BIS) $** for the first 1 hour; $** per 1/2 hour afterwards.
  • *Base cost to unlock a device $** for the first 1 hour; $** per 1/2 hour afterwards.
